63A99B3F-D32A-4BEE-93DA-17AEC5ADCFD1I’m ecstatic to announce that ME1C2/LILFOC Foundation has secured the donation of 10,500 books. Thanks to my good friend, former Miss. Liberia U.S.A., Attorney Mahja Zeon for the huge donation!!! She served as keynote speaker at our 4th Annual Education Gala in June, where she stressed the importance of ensuring quality education in Liberia and her desire to help equip schools to achieve academic success.

The 10,500 books were collected by MIDDLE SCHOOL students who attended Attorney Zeon’s 2010 African Exhibition in Valdosta, Georgia. The goal is to implement small Library projects throughout needed communities across Liberia–Local schools will be the focus.

Don’t tell me what you’ll do. Show me what you’ve done; and I might believe what you say you’ll do. It’s time that we get involved in building the universal harmony and intellectual growth of young Liberians to enable them compete in an every changing globalize arena. #ShutUpAndGetToWork
